Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. The return window starts on the delivery date.

Return condition

Ordinary returns must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item under this policy and place a new order for a different size or style, subject to availability.

How to request a return

Email info@honeyfashiond.com or call +1 917-909-0671 with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return shipping and restocking fees

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of ordinary returns. Honey Fashion does not charge a restocking fee. Keep your return tracking information so you can check the shipment’s progress.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact info@honeyfashiond.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us review what happened. When a return is needed because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, Honey Fashion will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us for instructions before arranging that shipment.

Review and refund timing

After we receive the returned item, our review generally takes 3–5 business days. We will let you know the result and, if approved, arrange the refund. Your bank typically takes approximately 5–10 business days after approval to post the refund. These are estimated timeframes and can vary by bank.

Following up on a refund

If you have a question about the review or cannot see an approved refund after the estimated bank processing period, email info@honeyfashiond.com with your order number. We will check the status with you.

Orders that cannot be shipped

The review timeframes above apply to returned merchandise. For an order that cannot be shipped or is delayed before dispatch, see our Shipping Policy. Refunds owed for unshipped items will be handled promptly; they do not require a merchandise return.
