Free shipping in the United States

Honey Fashion offers free shipping on U.S. orders via UPS. No minimum purchase is required.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.

Order cutoff and shipping days

Our order cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York). Orders placed after the cutoff are processed starting the next business day. We process orders and hand parcels to the carrier Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays. Transit estimates are counted Monday through Friday.

Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, estimated UPS transit time is 3–7 business days. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions or holidays. If you need help with an order in transit, please contact us with your order number.

Shipping updates and tracking

We will provide available tracking information after your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delivery address and order changes

Please check your shipping address and contact details before submitting an order. If you notice an error or need to request a change, contact info@honeyfashiond.com or +1 917-909-0671 as soon as possible. We will check what can still be changed; updates may no longer be available once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If dispatch is delayed

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an update and a revised dispatch estimate, and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a prompt refund. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will cancel the unshipped item and promptly refund the payment for it.

Delivery concerns

If tracking shows a delivery problem, the parcel has not arrived, or your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@honeyfashiond.com with your order number. We will review the available information and help with the next steps. For merchandise returns, refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
