Shopping with Honey Fashion

These terms apply to shopping through Honey Fashion’s online store. Before placing an order, review the product information, the selected size and quantity, the final checkout total, and the store policies linked below.

Product information and sizing

Product pages describe the styles and options offered by Honey Fashion. Refer to the size chart on the specific product page when choosing a size. Colors may appear different on different screens. If you have a question about a product or its sizing, contact info@honeyfashiond.com before ordering.

Checkout and payment

The available payment methods, product prices, and final order total are displayed at checkout. Please check that information before submitting payment. Provide accurate contact and shipping details so we can process and support your order. If you believe an order detail or charge is incorrect, contact us with your order number.

Order changes and cancellation requests

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact info@honeyfashiond.com or +1 917-909-0671 as soon as possible. We will check the order’s status and explain the available options. Changes or cancellations may no longer be available once an order has been processed or dispatched. The options for delayed or unshipped orders are described in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping

U.S. orders receive free UPS shipping with no minimum purchase. Estimated processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. Review our Shipping Policy for tracking, address changes, delays, and delivery support.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay ordinary return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Return review generally takes 3–5 business days after receipt; after approval, banks typically take approximately 5–10 business days to post a refund.
